Every day, people from all over over the world are looking for ways to earn money online, looking for the right product/program that can earn money the easy way. There is no doubt many ways to earn money online, but overnight success are rare (unless you have a niche product), and to be frank with you it takes time and effort to really start earning money online.
One marketing company that has been online for quite sometime(about 10 years) and is worth trying out is SFI marketing , it takes some time figure out how it works, but it has good training support and best of all its free to join. It is one of the best marketing that i have work with.....

Can we make money from MLM marketing......?
Most MLM companies promises good pay, nice commissions on sales. ( Is it true? )
In fact, most MLM companies promote overpriced items ( who would buy/promote them!! ), and then asking you to buy "incentive OVERPRICE products" ( needed for qualifying for some company bonus/commission)
As a matter of fact, 90% of them are not making money or even losing money, after deducting their expenses, time, buying "incentive products", so only 10% of them are earning the money ( Who are the 10%? )
They are the leaders, the ones on top of the table, the ones on top of the pyramid, they are the only ones that are earning your money, they are the ones earning with minimal effort. ( So can i still earn from MLM marketing? )
Yes, find a company(online/offline) that promotes good/reliable products ( Make sure that they don't ask you to buy anything/pay for joining). There are many MLM companies out there ( but beware of scams, non product ponzi schemes! ) So choose well before deciding....
Here is one MLM site worth trying out O MLM. This sites promotes dating and gives you a website to promote their products. (saves you time)
Another site worth checking out Reserve your cup. This site promotes what most people is drinking everyday.....coffee!!!
Both sites are still in prelaunch, so build your downline early, be on top of the table.....(and its free to join!!!)

Make money from your blogs...
Blogging is one of the easiest and a 'free' way of creating another stream of income, be it full time or part time.
Creating a blog - Write something about yourself, commenting about something or find a topic or a hobby that you really are interested in, that way you will always have new updates to blog about (update weekly or the best daily) so that your followers will always have something new to read about.

Paid to click programs (ptc)
Paid to click programs (ptc) are another way to earn money online. Advertisers pay you just to click/view their ads, it doesn't require any skills and only require a bit of your time with minimal effort. Ptc is a great way to create another income (though not much), but here are some precautions before joining any ptc sites (scam)
- Any site claiming to you pay more than 1-5 cents per click (usually around 1-2 cents), because no advertisers will pay more then that.
- Go for lower payouts, the lower the better (5-10 dollars)
- Look for sites with automatic payouts eg.paypal , so that you can get paid immediately.
Try to get more people to join under you, the stronger the downline the better passive income...

Dealing with difficult boss
Isn't working with a difficult boss really a nightmare....thinking his way is always right...micromanaging in everything we do and demoralizing everybody in the workforce with his non stop 'barking', thus affecting our working performance (and the end of the day the he will (boss) blame us again for not performing).
Here are some ways to deal with it
1) Concentrate on your work, focus on what is important, what are your responsibilities. Doing this helps distract your mind in dealing with your boss.
2) Don't show them that you feel intimidated, its a kid problem (bullying). The more intimidated you feel, the more the bullying continues.
3) Don't bear grudges, keep everything at work, do not bring negative feelings home, the more we think about it at the more hate will grow in us. Home is where we distress and be ourselves (tomorrow will be a better day).
4) Talking to your boss, talk to him in a respectful manner (when he is in a better mood), tell him about the issues, tell him that his ways are breathing you down the neck, most times they will step down and listen.
